Saint Patrick (386 – 493) was a missionary and is regarded as the patron saint of Ireland (along with Saint Brigid and Saint Columba). He is also the patron saint of excluded people. As his Master was a druidic high priest Patrick he also learned the native Celtic languages and the customs of the druids, In Ireland he travelled throughout the country preaching, teaching, building churches, opening schools and monasteries and everywhere supporting his preaching with miracles.
